Trying to Walk!

Sorry it has been so long since I have posted. Time has been getting away from me. Brecken took his first real steps yesterday. He was standing up holding onto a toy and I put my arms out for him to come to me and he took two steps toward me. Then he fell down into a crawling position and crawled over to me. He walked another two steps from his piano to Shaemus last night. So far, he has only taken 2 steps before falling, but I’m sure it will only be a matter of time. I will try to get some pictures soon.

Last weekend we took Brecken to the park to play. I know he is a little small, but he had fun. We pushed him in the swing and let him go down the little slide. I was at the bottom and Shaemus was holding onto him while he went down. He would laugh the whole time.

He is into everything these days. His favorite thing is to crawl down the hall as fast as he can to get into the office or bathroom. I try to keep the doors closed and he gets mad when he gets to them and he can’t go in. He starts grunting and jabbering, it sounds like he is cussing me out for shutting the door. It’s pretty cute.
