I'm Nine Months Old.

I can't believe that my little boy is already nine months old. He is closer to his first birthday every day. Parents always tell you that their kids grew up fast, but I didn't understand until I had Brecken.



Brecken had a good first Valentines day. We went to lunch with Daddy and for dinner he had heart shaped pasta. Pasta is his favorite food right now. He gets so excited every time I put it on his high chair tray. His pincher grasp is pretty good and he thinks that he should always feed himself. When I try to feed him with a spoon he grabs the spoon and ends up tossing the food around the kitchen. It's messy but fun to watch him understand what is going on. He is starting to use some sign language when he eats to tell us if he wants more or if he is done. The Valentines day pictures where our gift to Daddy.
Grandma's Birthday was on the 17th so we took her out to dinner at the Blue Plate to celebrate. There was a painting of a blue dog by our table that he loved. Grandma told him to say "bow wow" and he said it!! It was so cute. He has only said it a few times since then. Brecken had fun playing with Grandma, Grandpa and Logan after dinner. Grandpa was playing his favorite game...throwing him up in the air. He is pretty fearless for a nine month old.
